For purposes of receiving a residential rate, the purchaser must be an individual with a permanent residential address within the City of Montague; or is the owner and taxpayer of record for a parcel in the City of Montague (commercial building, boat slip owner, etc.). The City will verify residency and receipt of payment prior to processing your permit and mailing you the annual launch ramp sticker.
