NOTE: Tournaments with additional boats (maximum of 75 boats) are required to provide their own parking attendants (at least 2) to facilitate participant entry, event traffic flow, and parking. Please verify with the City prior to submitting this registration form for all tournaments over 50 boats.

In order to register and utilize the boat launch for a tournament the organizer / organization must consent to all rules and regulations. (Read and Check All to Verify Consent)

Boat Launch Permit Requirement*

Vehicles / trailers must have an annual boat launch permit. (If tournament participants plan to purchase an annual permit prior to arriving please encourage them to do so early enough so the permits can be mailed and received prior to the event.)

Parking Policy*

Tournament participants shall not reserve parking spots.

Trash & Event Materials*

I agree.

Organizer is responsible for ensuring all trash and event materials are appropriately removed or disposed of properly; including trash and materials in the overflow parking area and all areas used for event activities. Trash that cannot be contained in receptacles provided at the facility must be hauled away by organizer.

Fish Cleaning Station & Bathrooms*

I agree.

Organizer is responsible for ensuring fish cleaning station and bathrooms are left in a clean and sanitary condition from fish tournament activities.

Local Codes & Ordinances*

I agree.

Tournament must abide by all local codes and ordinances; including by not limited to marine safety, noise, disorderly conduct, alcohol, and peddlers licenses.

Facilities Must Be Shared*

I agree.

Tournament organizers and participants cannot monopolize or block the public from using the boat ramps / docks and must maintain one ramp lane open at all times for public use. Tournament may not monopolize or block public use of the fish cleaning station, or other facilities generally available for public use at the site.

Tournament organizers shall make available registration information of all participants upon request by the City.
